We are pleased to welcome you as a new Member to our community and we sincerely hope that you enjoy being a part of the Club.

Hollyburn is a family club that is dedicated to providing our Members with a safe and healthy environment. You will find Hollyburn to be a welcoming club where families share athletic and social experiences that enrich their lives. Our management team and all Hollyburn employees are here to make your member experience as enjoyable as possible. We encourage you to get involved in all aspects of the Club and truly take advantage of what Hollyburn County Club has to offer.

Hollyburn is a big place with lots of moving parts and it may take you awhile to get adjusted. This website can be an ongoing resource to help you get acquainted. Please ensure you review all of the important documents on this page.

Get Started With Onboarding

Enroll in “Facial Recognition Access”

We use Facial Recognition Access for Club Access. Once your account has been set up, each eligible family Member will receive an enrollment email. The email will come from [email protected] and walk you through a simple enrollment portal which takes no longer than two minutes to complete. If you have multiple dependents with the same email on file, each email will say "Hey ____ (name)". Please enroll each dependent with their corresponding email. If you did not receive an enrollment email, please check your junk folder, or email us at [email protected].


Visit Member Services

Get your parking decals, and your security photos taken. We also have stroller parking passes for those who qualify, inquire at Member Services.


Fill Out Member Account Forms

Please fill out the forms below and send to James Darling our Member Accounts Coordinator. These forms will help you request a locker and set up pre-authorized payments. Learn how to make a payment here.

Go through each tool and get familiar with the Hollyburn website, app & program registration process

 
Website Access

Visit www.hollyburn.org and use the following login information:

• Click “Member Login” in the top right corner.

• Click the “Member Registration” link in the bottom right corner of the login screen.

• Validate your Hollyburn account by entering your member number, first & last name.

• Create a username and password. These are the credentials you will use to log on.

Hollyburn App

The Hollyburn app is full of convenient features and we encourage all Members to download the app so they can take advantage of the following features:

App Downloading Instructions:

  1. Download the free Hollyburn App from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Sign in using the following login information:

Username: 5-digit member number

Password: last name (all lowercase) + last digit of your member number (ie. smith1)

We run programs for all departments seasonally and prior to each season you will use The View Program Guide to help choose the right programs for each family member. There is lots going on at the Club everyday. Here are a few ways you can stay up-to-date with Club news and events

 
  1. E-newsletter and Club Announcements

    Our e-newsletter is sent to Members every Tuesday night at 7pm. The e-newsletter will provide you with a snapshot of what is happening at the Club in the next week. If you are on our email list you will also receive important Club notices and announcements via email. If you are not receiving our emails please email James Darling.

  2. The View

    The View, is our Club magazine which gets published 4 times per year. The View features all of our athletic programming, events, updates and more. The View is available on the Hollyburn Website and App. It is a digital magazine, and can always be found at HollyburnTheView.org.

  3. Social Media

    Getting “social” with us is a great way for you to connect with us on a day-to-day basis. We use social media to connect with Members, celebrate Member moments and keep you posted on important Club news. Our social media accounts are typically the first place we post important notices, such as power outages etc. so we encourage you to follow @hollyburncountryclub on instagram & facebook!

We would like to get you and your loved ones involved at the Club as much as possible. Hollyburn offers a wide variety of programming for all ages and skill levels.
